CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER TRIFLE RECIPE
INGREDIENTS:
1 Butternut Squash
Spray Coconut Oil
Sea Salt grinder
1/4 cup Chicken Broth
1/4 cup Water
1/4 cup Peanut Butter
1 tsp Vanilla
4 scoops of Stevia
1 Banana
1 can Pumpkin
1 cup Raw Cacao Powder
1 cup Oats
2 Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla
1 crank Sea Salt
4 scoops of Stevia
1 TBSP Baking Powder
STATS:
There is about 2,000 cal in the whole recipe and it makes a good amount. I would say 10 servings is a fair average, equally about 200 calories a serving.
INSTRUCTIONS:
1 Butternut Squash
Spray Coconut Oil
Sea Salt grinder
1/4 cup Chicken Broth
1/4 cup Water
1/4 cup Peanut Butter
1 tsp Vanilla
4 scoops of Stevia
1 Banana
1 can Pumpkin
1 cup Raw Cacao Powder
1 cup Oats
2 Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla
1 crank Sea Salt
4 scoops of Stevia
1 TBSP Baking Powder
STATS:
There is about 2,000 cal in the whole recipe and it makes a good amount. I would say 10 servings is a fair average, equally about 200 calories a serving.
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Cut spaghetti squash in half long ways. Scrape out the seeds. Then cut the halves so you have 8 total pieces about the same size. Lightly spray and salt the squash pieces. Roast on a baking sheet with pieces face down until soft, about 40 minutes.
- Once you get the squash in the oven combine all of the second set of ingredients in a blender. Blend until well combined and smooth. Pour these ingredients into a greased 9 x 9 square baking pan. This will make the chocolate cake. Cook the cake in the oven until slightly underdone. I would start with 15 minutes.
- Wash the blender. When the squash is done combine the cooked squash with the remaining first set of ingredients in the blender. This will make the peanut butter pudding.
- Cut the chocolate cake into 1 inch cubes. Layer the chocolate cake cubes and peanut butter pudding in a trifle bowl or clear glass hurricane. Enjoy!
